A short Mass based on an antiphon used during Vespers of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Saturdays. Guerrero employs canons at the 4th and octave between the Superius and Altus for the whole Credo and the Superius and Tenor in the 5-voice Agnus Dei. He also quotes directly the plainchant (including the Beata mater text) in the Sanctus and Osanna.
